A few years ago, if you had told me I’d have the opportunity to be a full-time photographer and business owner, I would have laughed. 12 year old Lindsey would of cried tears of joy.
Not all that long ago, I was just a high schooler with a camera in hand and a huge passion for photography. I took every class I could, photographing my co-worker’s kids, the children I babysat, and of course, my own family. It wasn’t just something I liked—it was something I loved.
But then, life happened. After graduation, I had to put my dreams on pause to work full-time and make a living. Fast forward two years after graduation, and I was newly married, still feeling lost about what I wanted to do with my life. I just knew one thing for sure: working the same job, doing the same thing every single day, wasn’t it.
With my husband’s encouragement, I enrolled in online college at NDSCS, hoping to find my path. But halfway through the semester, I had a gut feeling—it just wasn’t for me. So, I made the tough decision to unenroll, not knowing what was next.
Then came our big wedding in 2018 (which is a whole other story for another day). Let’s just say our photography experience was… disappointing. Really disappointing. But oddly enough, that moment changed everything for me. I remember thinking, I could do this. And I could do it a hundred times better. That was the spark I needed, and just like that, Lindsey Bini Photography was born.
I feel so unbelievably grateful that I get to do what I love every single day. Photography isn’t just about snapping pictures—it’s about telling stories, capturing emotions, and making people feel special. And while I love photography with all my heart, the real magic is in the relationships I get to build with my clients. In following my passion and building a business rooted in love, I’ve found so much more than I ever could have imagined.

"She was our photographer for our wedding. Definitely the best ever. I highly recommend her. She got our wedding pictures to us way faster than I thought we would’ve got them."
Lindsey is the SWEETEST! I’ve never ever had someone be so professional and personable at the same time. She is so kind and makes you feel very special from the first message to getting the pictures back! Did everything I could have ever wanted and more! Highly HIGHLY recommend her!
Zoey currently holds the position of CEO (chief entertainment officer). She keeps me laughing during the work week. Also moving as she has to go potty right when I am in the middle of editing.
#1 test subject for photo shoots. Bini is also the Chief Information Officer for LBP. Keeping my computer going to deliver your images.
We welcomed Bryson to the crew in October 2023! He is such a little light to our everyday life. We love him so dang much! He keeps us on our toes and is the newest little model for me to photograph!
