Kelsey + Matt | October 3rd, 2020

I was at a wedding the day before Kelsey & Matt’s wedding. I was talking to the person incharge of the center about how October is the new June for all the weddings. I totally understand after this past weekend of amazing weddings. The weather wasnt too hot or cold. Don’t get me started on the amazing colors!!!

Kelsey + Matt’s day went freaking amazing. I was so impressed by her timeless choices of the black dresses & tuxes. Matt did mention that he had to battle to get the white pocket square . (woohoo! Go matt!)
I was a junior bridesmaid back in like 2009?? We wore black bridesmaid dresses. To this day when I look back at them – they don’t look crazy dated, because black will always be in style. Just looks sharp you know?

As soon as I met these two for their engagement photos – I knew that the were a good time. Well that is now a fact! They know how to have fun! (can you teach me?)

Kelsey is such a sweetheart & referred to herself as a bridezilla a couple times during the day. My team and I were all confused, isn’t that how it should be on your wedding day? There is a lot going on, a lot of people to count on, and so many little things. If there was any flaws we sure didn’t notice & we’ve been to lots of weddings!

Kelsey + Matt opted out of doing a first look & waited until she walked down the aisle. We all know how much I love first looks. It worked out for these two & was very, very sweet. Matt got a little emotional & it made all of us gush over their love for each other. That is something we all want, our groom to get emotional when they see us in our dress!

However we did do a first look with her dad & we were all just as emotional for that. I just love, love. ❤
